You will receive free impartial advice in store or on the phone when you make your initial enquiry. For onsite repairs an appointment can be made, normally within 1 – 2 days. Onsite networking, wifi, broadband issues and new system setups are regularly attended to by our engineers as well as more complex business hardware issues. Free local call outs are offered where close to either of our Edinburgh stores.

Both retail shops have a varied stock of laptops, tablets, netbooks, parts and printers, cartridges, cables and PC’s as well as offering our custom build computer and mail order services. We also hold a wide selection of laptop and Macbook power supplies and can order most laptop batteries into stock for next day delivery.

We offer businesses on site and remote support as well as full server design, network installations, security, email and cloud back up solutions. We are pleased to provide a free initial business IT appraisal and report to any local business or charity. We are particularly interested in talking to anyone looking for an enhanced level of support or advice as to the best way forward. User2 engineers have the experience to handle the majority of calls and with our “Fast Track” service can be on site within a few hours if required.

For larger business installations, we can offer hardware on a lease arrangement subject to the normal financial checks and we have an IT hardware rental service for short term needs.
