At User2, we recognise that time is precious for home and business customers alike. That is why we actively promote our remote support service for PC’s laptops and servers.

As long as you have an active broadband connection through the affected machine, our engineers will talk you through the simple steps of a remote connection. Thereafter, as long as the fault is due to a software problem that can be fixed remotely, the engineer will do the rest.

For businesses with a formal support contract, practically all remote work is included as part of the monthly fee. For ad-hoc repairs for home and business users, repair costs are often a fraction of what would be required by an onsite engineer visit. Remote support is also more convenient than bringing the machine into one of our stores.

Unfortunately where a live internet connection is not available or where issues are hardware related, a traditional “hands “on service will still be required.
